We are a well-established company that over the years has gained solid experience in many different industries and services. This enables us to offer professional and competent solutions based on knowledge and experience.
We believe in doing things wholeheartedly – especially when it comes to sales and meeting booking. Passion is necessary in our industry and therefore permeates our collaborations, services and employees.
We are very quality conscious and only enter into partnerships where we believe we are able to live up to our own standards as well as the customer’s. Our employees are seasoned in the industry and have specialized skills. That’s why we go to great lengths to find employees with the best match for the job. We always make sure that the foundation for the job is in place so that our services live up to the customer’s expectations.
Our history
2024 has been a very positive year for us, where we have again experienced growth and strengthened the company on several fronts. It has been a year of development, collaboration and new opportunities.
One of the major milestones this year was our decision to gather all our employees in one office, where we were previously spread across three offices. This was realized with the opening of our new shared office in El Pinillo. The new office has created a unified setting for employees who do not work from home and has contributed to increased collaboration and a stronger team spirit.
The year has also brought new and valuable relationships with business partners, which have been the main driving force behind the year’s growth. Through close dialog and collaboration with these partners, we have not only strengthened our business, but also laid the foundation for future successes. We have had the pleasure of welcoming several partners to our events, where they, together with our employees and management, have helped create many memorable moments. These events have emphasized the value of strong relationships and shared experiences.
The year ended in festive style with our Christmas party. With high attendance, good spirits and a great team spirit, it was a worthy end to a successful year.
We look forward to 2025 with optimism and thank all our employees and partners for their efforts and contributions to a great year.

2023 is coming to an end and after two years of growth, we have had a year where we have focused on consolidation and building an even closer relationship with all our customers. The focus for us is to retain our customers and expand our collaboration – and of course our talented employees.
The average age of our employees remains high at 42.8 years. This gives us a solid breadth of experience that we can continue to use when working with our customers.
In 2024, we are ready for homogeneous and reasonable growth again. As early as January, we will be starting up with several new major customers that we look forward to working with. This also means an expansion of the workforce, and fortunately we already have most of them in place for start-up in early 2024.

2022 has been a fantastic year in many ways, and we expect the same and even more for 2023.
We have opened two new offices and we now employ 46 people across our three offices in Torremolinos, El Pinillo and Fuengirola.
Our customer intake has been great and we have succeeded in retaining and expanding our existing customers and retaining our good employees.
In the fall of 2022, we started a major collaboration with two customers, which we expect to grow by 10-15 full-time positions during 2023.
We have mature and skilled employees with an average age of 40.7 years and industry experience from previous jobs, which strengthens our profile and contributes to larger companies choosing DFRO as a partner.
2021 has been a year of growth. We now employ 34 people at our office in Torremolinos. Our partners in Denmark have expanded on a business level, our customer intake has been great, and we have succeeded in retaining and expanding our existing customers and retaining our good employees.
We have mature and skilled employees with an average age of 45.3 years and industry experience from various jobs, which strengthens our profile and helps larger companies choose DFRO as a partner.
As we look into 2022, we already have 3 new start-up customers at the beginning of the year, where we look forward to helping boost their sales department.
2021 has been a great year in many ways, and we expect the same for 2022.
We enter the year with the same momentum we left 2019 with.
Our partners in Denmark are expanding their business, and so is DFRO.
For the past two years, we have been making excavation agreements for Fibernet Selskaberne as a supplement to their consultants in Denmark – a task we have become very good at, which is why we now have seven employees working on this project alone. We are proud of this.
The Corona crisis is hitting this spring, and for many, this unfortunately means job cuts. But since the phone is our primary work tool, we can fortunately continue working from home. We have created 23 home offices, which means we are still able to deliver 100%.
A year with momentum… 2019 is the year we’ll be taking on many new tasks and expanding our workforce to 20 employees. We’re growing fast, but still at a pace that we can keep up with, with stability and quality in mind.
We take care of our old customers and bring our broad experience to our new customers.
One of our core values is quality, and our goal is not to be the biggest, but to deliver the best possible service to the customers we work with. That’s why all collaboration agreements are carefully considered to ensure a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership for future customers.
Our experience is broadening and we are starting to bring in customers through our network within Dansk Erhverv.
We now have a broad group of employees aged 30-70 years, with solid backgrounds from other industries, and we are therefore able to handle different types of tasks. We know each other’s strengths and weaknesses and know that we can deliver for customers.
In 2018, we’ll be taking on small projects on an ongoing basis, including customer service tasks and market analysis for companies in Denmark. Furthermore, we will establish a good and solid collaboration with Red Cross Business, which we still have today.
In 2017, we will have the opportunity to move to a large space in the center of Torremolinos.
We now employ 12 people and have taken on new projects at the end of 2016.
We have slowly started to move into other segments and are continuously testing small niche projects where we expand our competencies from previously only covering pension & insurance to now also covering more segments, such as invoice acquisitions, leasing projects and other tasks within the financial industry.
After a stable and cautious start in 2015 with four employees, DFRO developed in 2016 when we hired a handful of new employees to handle our new task for Skandia Pension.
2016 was a year of development in insurance and pension products for small and large businesses.
We have always had quality in mind, which is why DFRO is built with quality as a core value. We know from experience that the greatest value for our customers is not created by the number of meetings we book, but by the return on investment.
DFRO Callcenter was founded by Martin Voltzmann and Kim Kærgård in 2015.
Martin and Kim have an insurance agency in Denmark with backgrounds in banking, pension consulting and commercial insurance, respectively.
DFRO stands for “Dansk Forsikring Ressource Optimering” (Danish Insurance Resource Optimization), as the company originates from optimizing resources for Købstædernes Forsikring in Denmark.
Both owners have many years of experience in meetings in the financial sector and have built up a solid understanding of how to create great conversations on the phone. Their years in the industry mean they know that the difference between success and failure often lies in the employees’ knowledge of the topic they are calling about.
